Course Description

Research plays an important role for new or existing businesses. Learn how to use marketing research for your business or marketing plans, or how to use it to expand existing markets, or develop new ones. This course will provide you with a basic understanding of marketing research concepts, its uses and limitations. Topics include research planning, questionnaire design, methodology, sampling, data processing, and interpretation of the results.
