Course Description

Discover the basic structure of communication planning and how it supports business goals and strategies. Learn how organizations operating in a knowledge and service-based economy rely on productive, mutually beneficial, two-way communication relationships for success, and that these relationships result from planned and deliberate efforts to align organizational goals with those of their key stakeholders. Through this course, develop foundational understanding of the basic concepts of strategic planning.
