Course Description

This advanced course adhering to A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) Sixth Edition will enhance the planning and measurement skills learned in the basic course. The same knowledge areas are covered in more detail; however, in this level, the objective is the development of project control skills.

  2. Incorporate enhanced scope, time, and cost baseline development skills into project management practice
  3. Develop a comprehensive project management plan

Prerequisites: BMC 352 Learning Online and BMC 299, Project Management: Level I 

It is not possible to register online for this course until you have successfully completed BMC 352 Learning Online or have completed the Learning Online Waiver.
