TI 0906 - Learning Technology Forum

Course Description

Every semester we experiment with different ways to use learning technology to help students learn, in-person or on-line. The Learning Technology Forum is a chance to share and debrief these experiments. It's a time to share what went well and what lessons we've learned for the next semester)

Each session of the Learning Technology Forum will include one or two short presentations from instructors showing a way they used learning technology, followed by discussions stemming from the presentations but ranging to any learning technology topics which interest participants.

By the end of a Learning Technology Forum Session, a participant should be able to:

• identify at least one new use of learning technology to consider applying to their courses
• to discuss the advantages and drawbacks of applying a new use of learning technology to a variety of courses in a variety of disciplines.
