Course Description
Effective communication is essential for thriving in today’s diverse work environments, yet varying communication styles can often lead to misunderstandings and frustration. In this course, participants will explore the intricacies of communication styles and learn how to navigate differing approaches to enhance workplace interaction.
Using DiSC®, you will learn about communication styles most commonly used at work, identify your own preferred style, and discuss strategies and tips to understand and communicate more effectively with those whose styles are different than yours.
By the end of this course, you will possess a deeper understanding of your communication style and the ability to adapt to various styles in your workplace. You will walk away with practical tools and strategies to foster collaboration, improve engagement, and drive successful communication among diverse teams.
