Course Description

Empower yourself to make sound credit decisions by gaining a greater knowledge of everyday personal credit and financing. Discover your rights and options. Learn how to establish good credit habits from the start and how to reestablish credit if necessary.Discuss: credit applications and what the fine print means; how to read credit bureau information; and how to negotiate rates and charges; bank accounts, credit cards, traveling with credit, online credit purchases, and cash advances; types of mortgages; loans and renewals; and, leasing versus purchasing vehicles.
