Course Description

Redefining ourselves in the second half of life or in life’s “third act” requires a significant shift in cultural perspective from that of decline, disease, despair and death to embracing these years and flourishing in them. We will explore conscious aging through a discussion of topics including; facing new experiences, changing identities, changes in the body, assessing relationships, unlocking creativity, recognizing happiness, spirituality and sharing wisdom.
