Course Description

Gain an understanding of personal credit and financing.  This course is designed to show you how credit works, how to establish and keep good credit and how it impacts every aspect of your purchasing power in the marketplace.  Topics covered include; your credit rights and options, how to read a credit bureau, the 5C's of credit, types of mortgages and loans, negotiating terms and interest rates, credit and mortgage fraud, orderly payment of debt, repossessions, trustees, collection agencies, and bankruptcy.  Empower yourself with the knowledge of everyday personal credit in order to make sound credit decisions.
