WRI 440 Dramatic Storytelling

Course Description

Be introduced to the craft of dramatic writing for theatre and film, with an emphasis on dramatic storytelling. Focus on gaining an understanding of the uses of story structure such as setting, character, plot and dialogue, and how these elements work together to create compelling drama.


BMC 152 or BMC 352 - Learning Online and WRI 140 - Creative Writing Exploration.

Caution: Please do not register for this course if you have not either completed the prerequisite course Learning Online or registered to complete Learning Online before this course commences.  In order to ensure fairness to all students, individuals without the required prerequisite will be subject to withdrawal from the course with no refund of tuition.
