ADL 132 Teaching All Four Generations




Course Description

Today's adult learning professionals are in the unique position of teaching up to four different generations of learners. Each generation brings with it its own set of values, attitudes and beliefs, which influences its expectations in learning situations. Explore characteristics associated with each generational group, discuss the implications of these on instructional design and delivery approaches, and develop strategies to manage learning in multigenerational settings.
