LAN 109 Trees - Growing And Pruning

Course Description

Trees are a major element in landscape design with important implications for various parts of your garden. Learn about growing habits; seasonal attributes; trees, and ornament and design elements; flowering and foliage; general care, such as watering, feeding, insects and diseases; and some basics on pruning, including safety issues. Weather permitting, some time will be spent looking at specimens on campus.
