BMC 263 Ecosystems: From Impact to Ethics

Course Description

Ecosystems and their sub-systems are unique geographical areas where plants, animals, the landscape and climate interact together. Alberta is fortunate to have six primary ecosystems: grassland, parkland, boreal forests, foothills, Rocky Mountains and Canadian Shield. Learn more about these ecosystems: where they are located, how they interact with each other, and how they are being impacted by man. Discover why an ethical approach to ecosystems is essential.
