BUS 239 Care and Feeding of Your Team




Course Description

Organizations typically look to employee performance and behaviour only when production or results are negatively affected.This workshop explores the concept of team; how to identify and explore resolution for difficulties that have become hurdles to excellence; the development of team protocols; and, shared accountability. In this workshop, participants will learn more about:
  • What constitutes team?
  • Why the concept of team is not universally embraced
  • Whether management is solely accountable for making things right
  • How one member can hold the team hostage
  • Seeking out assistance as early as possible.

Who will benefit?

This seminar will benefit Individual team members, teams, and leaders at any level within the organization.
