FIF 116 Literary Feast

Course Description

We've all heard the saying "food for thought." This course puts that into practice, reading and discussing fiction that's about food. Novels such as Margaret Atwood's The Edible Woman and Like Water for Chocolate by Laura Ezquival will be our banquet as we examine why food is such an important part of our lives—not only as sustenance but also as inspiration.
