PDS 134 Business Analysis Essentials

Course Description

This introduction to business analysis will equip you with skills for performing effective analysis. Learn valuable approaches to determining the business problem, root cause identification, solution definition strategy, business case preparation, requirements gathering and documentation, quality management and developing implementation timelines. This course is appropriate for individuals new to business analysis or pursuing formal recognition through certification.


Course content reflects the body of knowledge tested by the CBAP certification examination, but completion of the Business Analysis program of study does not in itself ensure success on the CBAP exam. Please note that eligibility requirements to sit the CBAP examination include 5 years (7500 hours) business analysis work experience.
