CPE 103 Multi-Residential Development

Course Description

Examine the multi residential development process from project design and the Development Permit process through to project completion. Development formats reviewed will include low/medium/high rise developments, townhousing and mixed use developments. Topics covered will include both rental and condominium markets, the multi residential development process, common issues found during the approval and development process, development strategies, and anticipated risks and returns. Assignments will include site selection, visioning of development concepts, development strategies and feasibility analysis.
