BUS 224 Building a Coaching Culture in Your Team

Course Description

Employee engagement can be strongly affected by how team members interact with each other and the organization. In this seminar, we will discuss common barriers to team engagement as well as ways to help you and your team practise and embrace coaching skills to overcome these barriers. We will discuss peer-to-peer coaching skills, as well as bottom-up and top-down coaching. Learn tips on how to sell the benefits of a coaching culture in your organization. This session is for managers, supervisors, team leaders and human resources personnel who are interested in developing a coaching culture in their team or workplace.   


This is not eligible for credit towards the Certificate for Emerging Leaders.
