BUS 220 Dealing with The Difficult Person




Course Description

This interactive workshop focuses on strategies for managing relationships in both personal and professional arenas. Gain an understanding of conflict, and how and why it occurs in the workplace and in our personal relationships. Discover how your individual perceptions, assumptions and mindset affect your thoughts, behaviours, attitudes and ultimately the outcome of your personal interactions. Walk away armed with strategies for managing your own anger during difficult interactions as well as strategies for managing strong emotions in the difficult people you encounter. Come join us to learn the skills and gain the confidence required to defuse the angry and verbally aggressive person, and gain an understanding of why difficult people and people in conflict act as they do.
