CPE 168 Professional Conduct and Ethics

Course Description

The foundation of any effective treatment or intervention is sound ethical principles and professional behaviour. This module reviews common ethical dilemmas, the importance of maturity, and developing an agency culture of professionalism. This course also focuses on the theoretical and legal rationale for proper documentation and record keeping. Learn skills to communicate clearly and concisely, knowing the audience for the document, avoiding common mistakes, and bulding awareness of common abbreviations and short hand.
