COR 324 Lead Great Meetings - U of C staff only




Course Description

Could you do more to tap into the talent gathered around your boardroom table? Does your group include personalities you would rather not deal with? Is You agenda working for you or against you?

If you are looking to breathe new life into your meetings, this is your chance.  With practical tips from a professional facilitator, you'll learn how to build an agenda with flow, encourage participation, generate ideas and manage the personalities around the table -- especially the difficult ones.  We will also explore new research that reveals insight into the collective intelligence of groups and how your body language and voice impact performance.
