Course Description

When the rubber hits the road, the success or failure of development projects relies heavily on the strength of the sales team and the strategies that drive them each day. Economic downturns and a slowdown in the residential real estate market force development projects to reevaluate their sales processes and practices. Learn proven methodologies and formulas that deliver sales results. Topics include: project pricing, prospect communication, lead generation, effective database management, creating perceived value and sales centre pathing. Eliminate the selling atmosphere and create a buying atmosphere on your next project.
