Course Description

Employee retention and engagement are key goals of HR and management.  Creating a respectful workplace and acknowledging ethics, performance management and a healthy blend of work and life, will ensure organizational goals can be realized in a positive workplace.  Examine the organization’s retention and engagement strategies in alignment with talent management practices and make suggestions for improvement.

 

Course Details

Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to:

  • Define a positive workplace and describe the factors that contribute to it
  • Gain a deeper understanding of how organizations and employees regard work and workplace differently and what impact this can have
  • Analyze the culture of your organization, including the individual and organizational factors which impact retention and engagement
  • Conduct an analysis of the tenure of the employees and organizational conditions which build a positive and engaging workplace/environment
