ADL 135 Learning to Thrive During Organizational Change

Course Description

Organizational change permeates the working world and an immense amount of information has been produced about how to lead organizational change; however, not nearly as much time and attention has been focused on helping individuals immersed in organizational change cope with the steepening learning curve and related challenges. This course will help you develop practical and effective strategies to rise to the learning challenges and to make organizational change an opportunity to shine in the workplace. Learn about: the dynamics of organizational change; why leaders and managers behave in predictable ways during organization change; and how to manage time, find help, remain relevant, cope with anxiety and stand out in a positive way during organizational change.
