Course Description

Explore the healing properties of whole food, and learn how food choices affect not only our waistlines, but also the optimal function of our bodies. Learn how to read labels and properly plan meals.  Discuss hot health topics such as menopause, emotional eating, weight loss, heart disease, diabetes, cleansing and eating 'green.' Practical, nutrition-based protocols will be given to help move you towards a state of healing and optimal wellness.
