BMC 341 Life Stages, Families and Issues




Course Description

This course provides an overview of major developmental stages from birth to death. Different theoretical perspectives will be discussed throughout the course.  Learners will make connections between the discussed theoretical perspectives  and their applications to life events.

This course enables learners to gain understanding about stages of human growth and development in relationship to various life tasks and challenges along with personality development and human behaviour.

Course Details

This course is part of the Community Services Program. The medium of instruction is Cantonese/English as most of the teaching materials are in English.  Learners are required to be able to read English academic materials.
