Course Description

The ability to manage risk is a primary competency of the project manager. In this session, learn the methodology involved in identifying, analysing, monitoring and controlling risks within the project lifecycle. Discuss the relationship between risk and contingency funds and gain tools to help you develop a risk management plan.

Course Details

Upon successful completion of this session, you will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the tools and processes required to perform a risk analysis and to develop a risk management plan. Participants will walk away knowing how to turn a project charter into a functional project with a clearly laid out scope and sequence of activities.
