Application for Certificate Graduation

After you have completed the program requirements, you need to apply to Continuing Education to receive your Certificate. Certificates are awarded at an annual Awards Ceremony held in the spring of each year. If you are eligible to graduate and have applied to the Continuing Education, you are notified of the date and time of the event by May 25th. You must complete the program requirements by the end of the winter semester in order to attend the spring awards ceremony.

The name printed on the certificate will be the student name on file unless otherwise specified.

Application deadline: April 30
Graduation Ceremony: June 14, 2012
