ExaminationsFinal examinations are held the week following the scheduled final class, unless the instructor specifies otherwise. You may arrange to view exams during office hours or to receive a photocopy at a nominal charge. Deferred Exams: It is your responsibility to write the final examination as scheduled. If there is a legitimate conflict of schedule, you must consult with the instructor and make alternate arrangements in advance. Examinations rescheduled outside the general office hours of Continuing Education are subject to an administration fee. Final exams are held at the Continuing Education office or as arranged by the instructor. Supplemental Examinations: Provision is made for supplemental examinations. You are permitted to write only two examinations in the same subject without applying again for registration. A formal request to write a supplemental examination must be forwarded to the Program Director. A fee of $50 is charged for supplemental examinations and should accompany the request-to-write. The written request must be received within 30 working days from the date the 'Statement of Grades' was mailed, and the examination must be written promptly. |
