Reset your password

If you lose or forget your Destiny One password, you can reset it...

1. Go to the Forgot Password page.
2. Enter your 8-digit UCID.
3. Click 'Continue'. Instructions for resetting your password will be sent to your email address.

To ensure that you receive email communication from Continuing Education, please add conted@ucalgary.ca to your contacts.

If for any reason the above process does not work, please contact Continuing Education Student Services during office hours. Outside of regular hours, please connect with the IT Support Centre as they can also provide technical help. Please be sure to identify yourself as a Continuing Education student.
